Swans again

They're back, and nesting in the usual site on the little island by the bridge. I hope there are no summer floods this year.

    I'd noticed they are back and nesting on the island. How exciting.

    As I was opening my front door on Saturday I heard this terrific noise overhead and seven beautiful swans were flying past over the bridge going upstream. I've never seen so many together. Quiet stunning.
