...Hedgehogs!
While taking Islay for her evening trundle, we stopped at the grass beside the Library - and there was a little hedgehog, ambling along around the silver birch tree. It let me get close enough to touch it.
Islay paid it no attention whatever.

While trundling Toastie out for her evening constitutional we came across a large toad. Toastie would have liked to investigate very closely so I had to drag her off and didn't get a decent look.
