Another Meeting about Gwernyfed High School

The Brecon and Radnor has an article about the latest developments for the county's secondary schools. The County Council will be debating the matter on Tuesday February 23rd, at County Hall in Llandrindod Wells. Because they anticipate a lot of interest in the debate, entrance to the public gallery will by by ticket only, on a first come first served basis on the day of the debate. The plans for Builth Wells and Landrindod Wells will be debated first, from 10.30am, and Brecon and Gwernyfed will be considered in the afternoon, from 2pm. The afternoon tickets will not be available until after lunch. There will also be no public parking available, apart from the usual pay and display car parks, apart from disabled parking spaces.
The debates will also be webcast, on the County Council website for anyone with Flash or Silverlight software. Comments will also be available on Twitter on the hashtag #PowysWebcast.

On Wednesday 24th February, at 7pm, there will be a follow up public meeting at Gwernyfed High School.
