And I'm Back!

It feels as if I've been away a long time!  I've been having a wonderful time in Oxford, doing all the things I'd been wanting to do for years - museums, the Bodleian Library, Balliol College, and finding interesting places to eat and drink (like the First Coffee House in Engtland, 1654, where I had breakfast each morning).

And as soon as I get back, there are interesting things to do in Hay, too.

There's my weekly Star Trek session with Sara - we're about half way through the final season of Discovery, and it's great fun.

And I'm helping Briar with arrangements for her Brave the Shave for Macmillan Cancer Support, which will be at the Globe in a few weeks time.

Mary Anne has some interesting news  for me about a guided tour of local historic monuments she's organising (I'm going to be the tour guide).

And Francoise has a painting of Hay Fire Station that she'd like to show me.

Life is never boring!
